At PC Express, we want to ensure your hardware meets your performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PC Express account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Place the item in its original packaging including all internal components, manuals, cables, and static-shielding bags to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
